Namrata Shirodkar born on Jan 22,1972 in mumbai,India,a former model and actress known for her movies in bollywood and tollywood. She's the grand daughter of famous Marathi actress 'Meenakshi Shirodkar'. She made her debut film with small role in hit film 'Jab Pyar Kisise Hota Hai' in 1998. She played many supporting roles in the bollywood movies 'Pukar','Hera Pheri' and 'Astitva'. Her name is well known in bollywood. Namrata Shirodkar starred in the malayalam film 'Ezhupunna Tharakan' in 1999 and then paired with tollywood Mega Star Chiranjeevi in the movie 'Anji'. She was awarded 'Femina Miss India' in 1993.

In the year 2000, she paired up with Super Star Prince Mahesh Babu in the tollywood film 'Vamsi' thereafter fell in love with Mahesh and dated with him and they got married in February 10,2005. On 31 August,2006 first child,boy named 'Gautam Krishna Ghattamaneni' was born and second child,daughter 'Sitara' was born on July 20,2012.
